What is the difference between a silver foil and a coin?
A silver foil offers a much larger surface at a fraction of the weight — our largest 10g size (75 × 150 mm) is over 8x the visible area of a 40 mm coin. It is struck with genuine numismatic relief, just like a medal, but leaves far more room for detailed artwork, building elevations, text, or logos.
From what quantity can I order custom gold or silver foils?
We mint starting from a single piece, whether you need one exclusive boardroom keepsake or a production run of 100,000+ for a global event.
What weights and sizes are available?
Our standard weights are 2g, 5g and 10g, each offered in set sizes: 2g in 50 × 80 mm, 45 × 90 mm or 50 × 100 mm; 5g in 50 × 80 mm, 50 × 100 mm, 60 × 120 mm or 75 × 150 mm; and 10g in 50 × 100 mm, 60 × 120 mm or 75 × 150 mm. Any other weight or size is possible, non-standard, and available on request.
What material is used for the embossing?
We use genuine .999 fine silver only. It can be left plain or finished with a genuine 24K gold plating for a two-tone or full-gold look. On request, every piece ships with an official Certificate of Authenticity.
Can I add printing, engraving, or gold plating to my foil?
Yes. We offer three extras on top of the embossed relief: 24K gold plating, full-colour UV printing, and laser engraving for personalized names or numbering.
